HerPact is building a platform to help women explore structured home co-ownership, including buyer readiness, compatibility, matching and protected exit planning.

HerPact is currently at an early stage. Our website, waitlist, buying position profile and guides are designed to help us understand demand, develop the product and invite suitable users into future research, testing, pilot cohorts or early access.

• you will be invited into a pilot or early cohort

• you will receive legal, mortgage, financial or property services
• HerPact will launch in your location or within your preferred timeline

HerPact may prioritise users based on location, readiness, compatibility, safety, product-stage needs, research needs or other relevant factors.

4. Waitlist and early access

The HerPact waitlist helps us understand demand and identify potential early users.

By joining the waitlist or completing a HerPact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for paid services and does not guarantee access to any future HerPact product.

HerPact may change, pause or withdraw any waitlist, guide, cohort, pilot, feature or early access process at any time.

5. Buying position profile and compatibility information

If you complete a buying position profile or answer compatibility questions, HerPact may use that information to understand buyer readiness, improve the product and assess potential future matching suitability.

Any compatibility or readiness information is indicative only. It should not be relied on as professional advice or as confirmation that co-ownership is suitable for you.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or HerPact forms.

You must not:

• submit false, misleading or harmful information

• attempt to access HerPact systems, data or accounts without permission
